EuroSMC PME-RESC Fast Measurement ClampsComposed by 6 robust test clamps, ready to be connected directly to standard safety 4 mm terminals (which are the PME-500-TR test lead terminations), the PME-RESC is an accessory designed to complement the crocodile clips included as standard with the PME-500-TR.The two contacts of the clamp are fully isolated between them, which allows the clamp to measure the contact resistance of the CB, without including on this measurement the contact value of the clamp itself.APPLICATIONThe PME-RESC will save you time and mistakes when you need to measure time and resistance in many circuit breakers. As two terminals are connected to each clamp, you will need to handle six clamps instead of twelve.Furthermore, the grab is substantially stronger than with the standard crocodile clamps, which reduces the risk of loosening or disconection during the test maneuvers.The PME-RESC is a must when testing outdoor circuit breakers, especially if you are using the heavier 11-meter connections.
